Welcome to BOLVS (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at www.bolvs.com and all associated services (the “Service”).

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Inaccurate information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable
• You must be at least 18 years old to register

BOLVS charges platform fees for facilitating vehicle listings and transactions. All fees are clearly displayed before you complete any transaction.

• Platform fees are non-refundable once a transaction is initiated
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment processing fees may apply based on your chosen payment method
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Failed or disputed payments may result in account suspension

By using BOLVS you agree not to:

• ✕Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or information
• ✕Engage in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or market manipulation
• ✕Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation
• ✕Infringe upon intellectual property rights of BOLVS or third parties
• ✕Upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code
• ✕Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm another person or entity
• ✕Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
• ✕Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without written permission
• ✕Resell access to the platform without our prior written consent

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Bolvs Dealers Club and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

By posting content (vehicle listings, photos, descriptions) on BOLVS, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

Dealer access to premium listing features requires an active subscription plan. Subscription terms include:

• Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle
• Cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at end of current period
• Downgrading your plan may restrict access to certain features immediately
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to modify plan features with 30 days' notice

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason — including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Active listings will be removed and any pending transactions may be cancelled. Transaction records will be retained as required by law.

This limitation applies regardless of whether the damages arise from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service
• Any other matter relating to the Service

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class action waivers: You agree to resolve disputes with us individually, not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect, via email or a prominent notice on the Service.

By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to the revised terms.
